1. Agreement
By using softsureco.com you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please do not use the site.
2. Services
SOFTSURE LLC provides software architecture, custom development, workflow automation, and fractional CTO services. Specific deliverables and pricing are agreed upon in individual project contracts.
3. Intellectual property
Site content (text, design, code) is owned by SOFTSURE LLC. Client project deliverables are transferred to the client upon full payment, as specified in each project agreement.
4. Limitation of liability
This website is provided "as is". We make no warranties about completeness or accuracy of the information presented. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months.
5. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Batumi, Georgia.
